Title: What is in your company’s medicine bottle?

In times where business environments are changing rapidly, it is important to choose the right medicine bottle for your company.  Many companies pick the “budget medicine bottle” and believe that budgets and strict budget discipline will solve their problems. But strict budgets can destroy value creation.

In my company we do scenario planning and allocate resources according to current plan. Having this adaptive approach makes us flexible and adjustable to changing times. Our plans are always changing, but our strategic destination remains the same.

My challenging question to you is – what is in your company’s medicine bottle?
